If yes, then delete them and then try to sync. If the problem persists yet again, then in your iTunes window de-select Music and Videos for syncing and then sync your iPod. Do not worry your songs and videos will still remain in the PC. Now, finally check Music and Videos and re-sync again. Your iPod should be back to normal now.
